Accessibility

Yes, Ghillie Dhu is wheelchair accessible. We have step-free access throughout key areas of the venue, including a lift that provides easy access to the Auditorium. If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Children & young persons must be accompanied by an adult. They must vacate the venue by 10pm unless attending a private function, in which case they may remain until the end of the function.
 
Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for our outdoor seating area. All outdoor tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early during busy periods to secure a spot.
 

There is no dedicated parking on site, but several options are available nearby:

  • Pay and Display street parking is available on Rutland Street, right outside the venue.

  • The NCP Car Park on Castle Terrace is just 0.2 miles away—a short 9-minute walk from Ghillie Dhu.

Please note that parking in the city centre can be limited during peak times, so allow extra time if you are arriving by car.

Yes, we are a dog-friendly venue! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our bar area. We kindly ask that pets are kept on a lead and under control at all times. Water bowls are available on request.

Please help us by arriving on time and letting a member of the team know as soon as you arrive. We can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start time of your booking.
 
All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable payments. These deposits are redeemable against your final bill. Please speak to your host or server on arrival for the best way to do this.
 
Should you need to cancel, please cancel via the link at the bottom of this email and our group terms & conditions will apply.
 
We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to any members of your party whom we deem to be intoxicated. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please ensure ID is available if requested.
