Our minimum guest count is 50, and our maximum guest count is 150 for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and 180 for evening guests.

We have detailed below our recommended timeline; however, this is fully adaptable.

Your wedding ceremony takes place in our award-winning auditorium with a candle lit organ as a beautiful backdrop and draped curtains to create an intimate warm atmosphere. Afterwards, head down our spiral staircase and we will gather your guests for a confetti toss at our picturesque front door. Guests will then be welcomed into our Main Bar for canapes and drinks whilst you get your first photographs together as Mr and Mrs. Our Auditorium will then be transformed into the perfect space for your guests to enjoy their wedding breakfast before dancing the night away.

Enquire with our wedding Co-Ordinator and chose your ideal wedding date before placing a deposit of £1000 to secure it.  A year prior to your wedding date, we will book you in for a detail planning meeting and your menu tasting. Our wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to book further meetings with throughout the planning process. We require guests numbers and food pre-orders 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and payment must be made two weeks in advance.

Yes, we offer menu tasting for up to four guests. Enjoy a glass of fizz and trying a sample wedding menu paired with wine that is served on your wedding day.

Yes, we offer a two-choice menu for wedding guests with an additional third choice available for any vegan or vegetarian guests should they require this. We will also cater to our best ability for dietary requirements.

We offer the option for external catering for your evening buffet.
Yes, we have a fully stocked bar with an extensive range of drink options. This is hidden behind the draped curtains during your ceremony.
We do not have on-site accommodation; however our sister venues are just a short journey from the city centre, and we offer exclusive deals for wedding couples and wedding party guests.
Yes, our venue is fully accessible. We have an extendable ramp for entry, a lift to the auditorium level and accessible bathrooms on both the ground and upper floor.
Our wedding-co-ordinator attends full-day weddings and MCs for couples.

We have two wireless microphones that can be used for speeches.
Yes, we have a range of cover bands, ceilidh bands, DJs and more.

Our wedding co-ordinator will set up your wedding the morning of the big day. We will arrange a date best for drop off and then you can sit back and relax before your wedding.
